If any parents/carer has a problem, query, concern or complaint against the playgroup, they can contact Becky Dutton, Tracey Clarke – Kellow or Julie Banks at any time.
Should the issue not be resolved immediately, please contact the Chairperson of the Committee, or fill in a complaints/compliment slip that are on the noticeboard.
The OFSTED number is also on the door when arriving.
